Review Informaion
All owners are reminded to submit proposed changes
to their property to the Architectural Review Committee
before commencing the work.
As you know, Tuckahoe subdivision is governed by a
Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions,
By-Laws,
& Architectural Review Guidelines. Each is a legal
and binding document governing what can and cannot
be done in Tuckahoe. More importantly, these documents
spell out the process that is to be followed BEFORE
doing anything to your property as well as the remedies
that can be applied to breeches of the process. Examples
would include: changing the color or type of siding
of the exterior of the building, installation of a
pool or hot-tub, construction of an addition to the
building, adding additional parking, erecting any
fences or barriers, or the cutting or clearing of
any lot. In short,
unless you are making repairs to pre-existing structures
using the same materials and same colors, you need
to submit your plans to the architectural review committee
for approval BEFORE any changes are made to your property.
Homeowners contemplating any changes to their property
should first review the guidelines and application, and follow
these instructions. Questions can be addressed to our

Any construction or modifications to existing structures
initiated without prior architectural review committee
approval will be deemed a violation and will then be
subject to the remedies cited in the association’s
documents.

At the Annual Owners Meeting each October, the membership
elects a board of directors and officers. The board
and officers include seven owners, all terms are for
two or three years, and the terms are staggered. If you are
interested in nominating yourself or another owner for
a board or officer position for the next election, please
